A: No, estimates are free.

Q: Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?

A: No, just drop in at your convenience, it’s on a 1st come 1st serve basis during regular business hours.

Q: Do I need a damage sticker?

A: Yes, if the damages exceed $2,000.00 you must file a police report to obtain a damage sticker.

Q: Do I have to pay a deductible?

A: The deductible is payable to the shop if the insurance company has determined that is applies.

Q: Can I choose where to have my vehicle repaired or does the Insurance Company choose?

A: Your insurance company may direct you to have complete vehicle repairs at a preferred auto body shop; however it is always your decision to have repairs done at a location you have chosen and deem trustworthy.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Debit.

Q. What do I do at the scene of an accident?

A. If anyone is injured or you cannot drive your vehicle, contact the police or call 911. Exchange information with the other driver including, license numbers, name, telephone and insurance information. Make a note of the names of any witnesses and take photos of the damage, if it is safe to do so.

Q. Does Trophy Collision Ltd offer a warranty on repairs?

A. We provide extended and lifetime warranties on most repairs made to the vehicles of our clients for the time that they own their vehicle. Drop in for a visit for more information.
